Doors will open at 15.00hrs with music commencing at 15.20 and ending at 23.00hrs.

We are unable to accommodate dogs or pets at this event. The only exception to this rule are guide dogs.
You are more than welcome to take photographs of your day with us, friends and family but professional equipment will not be permitted.
This is a standing only concert, but you are welcome to bring fold up chairs and stools.
There will be food and drink available in the arena. You can bring water into the arena but it must be in a collapsible plastic container of not more than 1 litre in size. We do have bars in the arena and should you be fortunate enough to look younger than 25, please do bring ID as a Challenge 25 policy will be in operation.
Please keep in mind this is a standing outdoor, afternoon and evening festival. Weather conditions can change quickly and the temperature drops after dark and so all festival goers are advised to dress appropriately and be prepared if the ground is wet. The concert area and car parks are well lit, but it can be useful to bring a torch to help pack up your things and find your car.
We will have a designated viewing platform for wheelchair users, accessed via a ramp, and have accessible facilities for your use.
As with anywhere in the country you are able to smoke in the outdoors, but please look out for no-smoking signs which will be located in our indoor space and be considerate of others around you.
There will be designated parking in Stoke Park. Please follow the signs for the festival car park and follow the traffic marshals’ directions.
